RPM Wide Front bumpers have become the standard for bulletproof front-end protection. RPM customers have reported that some of the Jato’s internal chassis components are somewhat fragile and in need of added front-end protection from an RPM wide front bumper. By absorbing a large amount of impact force instead of transferring that energy into the chassis, our new 6” wide front bumper can help reduce or possibly eliminate damage to internal chassis components from front-end crashes and collisions. RPM Jato Bumpers have strengthening ribs built in that have a multipurpose design as well; The ribs not only add strength to the bumper; they act as low friction skid rails allowing the chassis to transition over rough surfaces easily. Additionally, We’ve recessed the mounting screws below the skid surface of the bumper to help protect the screw-heads from damage and dirt build-up. Our wide front bumpers are 130% thicker than the stock bumper adding critical front-edge chassis protection that the stock bumper does not provide.
