The Team Associated / Yokomo YZ-10 Classic Kit honors more than 50 years of partnership between the two brands, faithfully reissuing the buggy that won the 1989 IFMAR World Championship with driver Masami Hirosaka. This 1:10 scale 4WD electric buggy uses a period-accurate 2-belt drive system, double wishbone suspension, and a G10 chassis with gear differentials front and rear. Aluminum-cast gearboxes, die-cast steering knuckles, an aluminum bulkhead and motor mount, and full ball bearings throughout deliver genuine vintage engineering with modern manufacturing precision. Threaded shocks with an anti-roll bar, an adjustable spring-loaded servo saver, a floating servo mount, and a slipper clutch round out the driveline, while classic 1.9-inch studded tires and a nostalgic roof duct and wire-fixed wing complete the retro look. The kit includes three servo horns and a 21T pinion gear, and requires a 540 motor, ESC, battery, radio, servo, receiver, and body paint to complete.
